Prices and payments at TheKanta are in British pounds (GBP). Review your selected items, delivery address and final total before confirming payment.

Ways to pay

You can pay by card or PayPal using the options displayed at checkout. The card networks shown at checkout include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB and UnionPay.

Available methods depend on your location, device, card issuer and payment provider. Any supported express checkout or digital wallet options are shown where available. The options displayed for your order at checkout are the ones you can use.

Your order total

Standard UK delivery is free, with no minimum spend. We cover applicable import duties and customs charges. You will not be asked to pay those import charges at delivery. See the Shipping Policy for delivery details.

Payment information

Checkout is provided through Shopify and the payment providers shown there. We receive transaction information needed to manage an order, such as payment status and limited card details, including the last few digits. Standard checkout does not provide us with your full card number.

Never email full card numbers, passwords or verification codes. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

A declined payment or missing confirmation

Check your billing details and contact your payment provider if a payment is declined. If a payment or pending authorisation appears but you have no order confirmation, contact us before trying again. Include your email address and any order reference, without sensitive payment details.

Refunds

Eligible refunds go to the original payment method. We aim to process eligible refunds within 7 business days, subject to the statutory time limits explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit.
