The order cut-off is 12:00 PM UK local time, Monday–Friday. Orders placed later, at weekends or on UK bank holidays begin processing the next business day. We cover applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges.

Carrier updates may take time to appear. If tracking is unavailable or your order is beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number.
Returns & refunds
For a change of mind, tell us within 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods, then send them back within a further 14 calendar days. There is no restocking fee. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable required return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
