Free UK delivery, with no minimum spend. Allow an estimated 7–14 business days: 1–3 business days for handling and 6–11 business days in transit.
The order cut-off is 12:00 PM GMT (UTC+0), Monday–Friday. Orders placed later, at weekends or on UK bank holidays begin processing the next business day. We cover applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges.

Track your order
Use your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout, or enter your tracking number on our tracking page. Your dispatch email also contains tracking details.
Carrier updates may take time to appear. If tracking is unavailable or your order is beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number.
Returns & refunds
For a change of mind, tell us within 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods, then send them back within a further 14 calendar days. There is no restocking fee. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable required return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
Contact us for return instructions and send product returns to our Sheffield return location. Eligible refunds use your original payment method. We aim to process them within 7 business days, subject to the statutory deadlines explained in our policy.

Change or cancel an order
Email support@thekanta.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change or cancellation you need. We will try to stop or amend your order before dispatch.
If your order has already shipped, your applicable cancellation and return rights still apply. Exchanges depend on availability, and any price difference will be explained before you agree.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photographs where reasonably possible so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
We cover reasonable required return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. These rights are separate from the change-of-mind return window; contact us if a fault appears later.

Follow the care instructions supplied with your item. Start with a soft cloth, avoid harsh cleaners and check the care label before washing textiles.
